Drug Uses
ED Trial Pack includes two pills each of Sildenafil 100mg, Tadalafil 20mg, and Vardenafil 20mg. All these drugs are used for treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. They increase the body`s ability to achieve and maintain an erection during sexual stimulation. ED Trial Pack will help you to define, which of these medicines works best for you.

How Taken
These pills are taken orally. It is usually taken as needed about 1 hour before sexual activity. Do not take more than once a day. Sildenafil is usually taken as needed about 1 hour before sexual activity. Tadalafil is taken 30 minutes before sexual activity and Vardenafil takes 30–60minutes to start acting.

Warnings/Precautions
You may need a dosage adjustment or special monitoring during treatment or you may not be able to take these pills at all if you currently have or have a history of– a heart attack, stroke, life threatening irregular heartbeats within the last six months; have a history of heart failure; coronary artery disease, angina, have high or low blood pressure; liver, kidney problems or blood problems, including sickle cell anemia or leukemia; have a bleeding disorder; a stomach ulcer; have retinitis pigmentosa (an inherited condition of the eye; have a physical deformity of the penis such as Peyronie's disease; have a condition that could lead to prolonged and painful erections, such as a tumor of the bone marrow, sickle cell anemia, or leukemia; or if you are taking another medicine for treatment of impotence. These ED medications are not indicated to be used by women and should not be taken by women.
Patients over 65 years old may be more sensitive to Sildenafil, Vardenafil and Tadalafil and are more likely to experience side effects. These patients may require a lower dose and/or special monitoring during treatment.

Missed Dose
These ED pills are taken when needed, so it is not likely to miss a dose.

Possible Side Effects
Some of the possible side effects are– headache, flushing of the face, and upset stomach, temporary changes in color vision (such as trouble telling the difference between blue and green objects or having a blue color tinge to them), eyes being more sensitive to light, or blurred vision. In rare occasions, men have reported an erection that lasts many hours. You should call a doctor immediately if you ever have an erection that lasts more than 4 hours. If not treated right away, permanent damage to your penis could occur. Some of these side effects may go away within a few hours, however if the side effects are persistent or especially bothersome, you should contact your doctor.

Storage
Store these medications at room temperature 15–30°C (59–86°F). Keep away from children and excess heat and moisture (not in the bathroom).

Overdose
If overdose is suspected seek medical attention immediately. Some of the possible symptoms of overdose are– chest pain, dizziness, an irregular heartbeat, and swelling of the ankles or legs.

More Information
Do not take Sildenafil, Tadalafil or Vardenafil together with certain medicines that contain nitrates, it may cause your blood pressure to drop suddenly to an unsafe level. This may make you dizzy, lose conscious, and have a heart attack or a stroke. Consult your doctor about which medicines contain nitrates. ED medications should not be taken with alcohol. These pills are not indicated for children, newborns or women. Do not let anyone else take the pills which are prescribed to you.
